Sovereign Gold Bonds 2023-24-Series-II, issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on behalf of the government of India, will be open for subscription from September 11, 2023 to September 15, 2023. The Bonds will be issued on the September 20, 2023. The issue price is ₹5,923 per gram of gold. Special discount of ₹5,873 per gram for the investors applying online and the payment against the application is made through digital mode. For such investors, the issue price of the gold bond will be ₹5,873 per gram of gold. Assured return of 2.50% PA payable half-yearly.
Retail Investor can invest Minimum 1 GM and Maximum 4 Kg. The 4Kg limit is per financial year. The Maximum limit of HUF is 4 Kg, Trusts and similar entities is 20 Kg
