Sovereign Gold Bonds 2021-22-Series-VIII

Sovereign Gold Bonds 2021-22-Series-VIII opens on Monday and the issue price has been fixed at ₹4,791 per gram.

Sovereign Gold Bonds 2021-22-Series-VIII, issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on behalf of the government of India, will be open for subscription from November 29, 2021 to December 2, 2021. The Bonds will be issued on the December 7, 2021. The issue price is ₹4,791 per gram of gold. Special discount of ₹4,741 per gram for the investors applying online and the payment against the application is made through digital mode. For such investors, the issue price of the gold bond will be ₹4,741 per gram of gold. Assured return of 2.50% PA payable half-yearly.

Retail Investor can invest Minimum 1 GM and Maximum 4 Kg. The 4Kg limit is per financial year. The Maximum limit of HUF is 4 Kg, Trusts and similar entities is 20 Kg
